An Arrant Land project, in collaboration with Brisco Loran.
Little London is a timber ex-gospel hall at the end of a bucolic lane in Surrey, and at the entrance to the Surrey Hills National Landscape. The construction of a new house here might explore the potential for the literal reuse of components of the existing building, a new architecture which represents a continuity of the hall's character, or hyper simple, economical or collaborative construction. Maybe all of those things.
